Terms of service

- Art and VA -

By reading this you agree to the terms of service within the list bellow. Failure to abide to the rules will result in a warning or being blacklisted.

ART

► Do not attempt to trace my art in any way. I will be more than glad to show you how one thing is drawn if asked nicely.► Do not use my art in AI or train it to copy my style.► Do not claim my original characters as yours or heavily reference it. Be mindful of how you get inspiration from my art pieces.► Do not ask me to draw anything sexually NSFW or hate speech related. Blood and gore are most certainly okay for me within the NSFW category.► Do not spam me messages requesting for free art. I hold art raffles from time to time and I suggest you look out for those instead.► If you're uncertain or dissatisfied of the commission before the lining phase I can refund you a third of it. If the commission is in its lining phase, I unfortunately will not refund you depending on how deep the progress is but I will be open to alternations to said art.► I have the rights to refuse your commission request and if unhappy about it I will most certainly blacklist you.► Payment will be done through Ko-Fi / PayPal and I will only be accepting USD transactions.► If you share a finished commission or one of my personal artworks from me whether it be as a profile picture, post etc. Please do credit me properly with a tag of any social media. You will be blocked if not followed.► Please note that I take quite a WHILE to complete a commission. We're all humans after all. If I go quiet please do feel free to ask on the progress whenever.► I have the rights to share your commission onto my social platforms unless a good reason is given not to do so.

Voice acting

► Do not force a "free" role onto me. If you would like for me to voice a character please do send the project details. I will be more than happy to try out for said character. If I refuse then please respect my wish.► Do not sample my voice for anything AI related.► Do not ask me to voice anything sexually NSFW. If you harass me about it, I will not be afraid to expose you publicly on social media.► I prefer working with people over the age of 16 as I'm not comfortable working with younger teens.► If you share my voice acted work from your project please properly credit me by asking.► I do accept singing requests.► Do not compare my work to another voice actor as it can be offensive and hurtful on both sides.

portraits: 20-100$

Portraits vary between 20$ and 100$ or more depending on how detailed your character is and how detailed you would like it to be with or without backgrounds. I've done headshots so far but full bodies are accepted for portraits! Please be mindful that additional character may cost extra.
